ANYTHING by Garnier Fructis-
they are a bit expensive but SOOOOO worth it.
Cuts down on frizz, relaxes, smooths, softens, and
makes your hair smell fantastic!

Leave-In Conditioner for long hair.
Leaves your hair smelling good and guards against split ends! :)
Its not really a leave in conditioner but i use John Frieda Frizz Ease hair serum and i'm really happy with it. It leaves my hair soft and frizz free without making it feel greasy or weighing it down.You can also try not to completely wash out your conditioner.
Last call leave in treatment. (Beyond the zone)
It's wonderful.. It makes it soft without having that sticky or crusty feeling that most have. It's smells good. Like some type of candy. lol. I haven't pin pointed which one yet. :)

I use Infusium 23 (Frizzologie) as my leave in conditioner. It works really well, and makes my hair look healthy and shiny. You can get it at Wal-Mart.
A professional once told me just use any high quality conditioner and don't wash it out completely

i don't use leave in conditioner i use hair mayonnaise
