Can i dye my hair when its ironed?

i just found out that washing your hair everyday is bad....i cant seem to get into the habbit of not washing my hair..it kinda feels disgusting cause i sweat alot (gym etc.) so when i iron my hair i leave it for 2days max with out washing it (i rarely iron my hair) so the question is can i dye my hair when my hair is ironed? i know to dye a hair its suppose to be 'dirty'

Yes, you can dye it like that..My hair stylist actually recommends straightening my hair before I go get it dyed because my hair is easier to work with like that..
