What is the best type of hair extentions to get?

I want ones that stay in for a while not the clip in ones

From what i've read it seems that micro ring do the least damage to your hair?

Also have you ever had hair extensions?and what was your experience with them?

Get a weave. They braid some of your real hair and then sew the extensions onto that. You will have to get it tightened every 3 months.
