Why is the shampoo "Head & Shoulders" called like that?

I can see why "Head", since you wash your hair, but why "Shoulders"?

I have the head and shoulders shampoo for greasy hair, i find its really good!
Im deffiantly going to buy the shampoo and conditioner again!
The shampoo was originally meant for people who have Dandruff, dandruff falls on the shoulders when combing hair. That is why it is called by that name.
