Does dog shampoo work the same on me?

I am in need of a cheep solution to my shampoo crisis, I have foude a crate of dog shampoo for a very reasonal price on ebay, should I try it?

I went ahead and bought it. I am hoping for it to give me a glossy shiny look. Cant wait, its coming next week...

  dog shampoo is designed for dogs, if you use it you could end up with a very irritated scalp. remember your scalp? thats under your hair and is important too. scalps r very sensitive, they need the correct ph balance etc. dont use dog shampoo (especially if its designed to tackle fleas) u can get shampoo cheap enough.

• you can find a cheap shampoo! don't use dog shampoo because your not a dog!
• go through a hotel and grab as much of those little shampoos off the maid's cart as you can. and repeat every month or so.
