Who do you quiff short hair?

I have short hair and I wanted to know how to quiff my hair like Elly Jackson's?

Backcomb it straight up.
Then hairsprayy.
To backcomb hold a piece of your hair straight up and using a comb push it against the root of your hair.
Won't take long, maybe about 10 mins :).
Do the same for the side, backcomb and then push it to the side. Then hairspray.
Do the right side first :)
