How can you spike out your hair?

my hair is short n at the ears it's meant to go in and at the back and behind the ears it's meant to spike out... i've tried drying it upside down but it goes into a bob, i straighten it outwards n it just goes straight and the mousse i have is utterly useless... any help?

ive had the same hair cut before and the same problem for that matter. i ended up getting a round brush to curls the ends up when I blow dried them. then got some hair wax and pulled at the ends until they were kinda clumped together....just the tips though...if you do too much it weighs it down.

• yeah go to like a hair dressers or a salles and buy hair glue, it might be a little expensive but it works.
• get a better short haircut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
