Resolved Question

I'm getting my hair cut like Katie Prices. My hair is naturally curly. Will it still be curly once its cut ?

Getting my hair cut tonight (24.09.09) so need quick answers ; )

I love my natural curly hair (about 2B or 2C but not frizzy and a bit more curled) but i feel i want a different cut.

Additional Details

And , is the way Katie Price/Michelle Heatons hair a style or a cut ? I think it could be cut so that i could style it into that but my mum thinks its just a style :S ?

it may be more curly, because by cutting it shorter you're losing the weight you have when it's long. But I say go for it! I'm sure you'll be able to style it how you want it. Might need a bit more straightening though to combat the tighter curls :)
Also, i currently love wearing my hair my hair like lauren conrad - side french plait fringe with the rest of my hair down . will this still be possible answer asap if possible. Report Abuse

  • Yes. No matter what you do, it will always be curly. You could have it chemically straightened but I really don't recommend this because it seriously damages your hair. You could straighten it every day, but be sure to use a straightening protector spray so that you don't damage it.

But in my opinion, I think curly hair is beautiful! Be thankful you have it, cos I can never get my hair to curl.

    Hope this helps! (:
  • Yes it will still be cur;y. It may even be curlier. My friend once had pretty curls then she cut her hair and her hair got even curlier. Now it like impossible to straiten. But i love her anyways! hehe!

  • natural curls cant be cut out its to do with your hair follicles. but hey good luck and if your hairdresser is any good she wil do u justice
  • Of course it'll still be curly once it's cut!

You would have to straighten it daily.
  • Just ask for blunt cut at the end to make sure your hair stays curly
