Can i start an emo/scene fringe with forehead length hair?

my hair is as long as my forehead/eyebrows... is it possible to start syling an emo/scene fringe ?

Of course you can, obviously it won't look as emo-ish as it should but it would do until your fringe grows a bit. If you follow this video tutorial you could make your fringe appear longer:

Start adding lots of clips/bows, hair accessories to your hair so that people start to get the idea, then it doesn't really matter if your fringe is slightly shorter.

• Yeah, but remember, the longer it is, the better! :D
  You can go to a hairdresser and ask for very choppy layers. I would reccomend bringing a picture, because this can be a hard haircut.
  You can also get some hair extensions if you want it look very 'scene'.
